I had insomnia for many years. I struggled to fall asleep almost every night, even on weekends. I was literally sick and tired of not sleeping.

I had tried so many things like acupuncture, Epsom salt baths, reading insomnia books, giving up caffeine, and having a consistent bedtime routine. Those things helped, but they weren't enough to get me adequate sleep.

I now sleep very well almost every night. Since we worked together, I've been getting 6-8 hours of restful sleep each night. I rarely struggle to fall asleep anymore.
